Jeff Whittle is the founder of Cogris, the home of The Alternative Board in Dallas. Jeff has more than 25 years of executive experience in a broad range of business disciplines, with a special emphasis on strategic planning, organizational evolution and revenue growth. Jeff founded Cogris after serving for six years as CEO of an international manufacturing operation. He currently facilitates a number of TAB peer advisory boards in the Dallas area, and serves many more business leaders as an executive coach. In 2012 Jeff was appointed a National Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Award conferred annually by the President of the United States. He is one of a handful of professionals around the world trained and authorized to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (“EOS”) popularized in the best-selling book “Traction”. Jeff has a B.A. from the University of South Florida, a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of Florida.
